Electronic Timer and Motor Control Module for Petrowell



The above module is a microprocessor controlled timer which can be configured to sample up to 8 channels of analogue data such as pressure, temperature, voltage and current. Each channel can be individually logged at pre-programmed rates to the 1Mbyte of on-board Flash memory.

The module is programmed and data retrieved using our simple to use sofware compatible with all versions of Microsoft Windows.

The electronics are capable of sustained operation at 150°C.

Expro Group HT Correlation Tool

Sentergy design and produce Expro's HT correlation tool electronics with the following features:

  • 200°C operating temperature for minimum of 48hrs
  • 2 x 24 bit ADC converters each with 2 x 24 bit ADC channels.
  • 1 x 24 bit counter measuring Gamma Ray counts (generic counter up to 500kHz)
  • I2C interface for sampling any compatible device or sensor meeting the I2C specification, i.e. a Quartzdyne digital output pressure/temperature transducer.
  • 1 x 10 bit analogue sampling channel customized for sampling Casing Collar Locator inputs
  • 1 x 10 bit on-board temperature sensor
  • 1 x 10 bit analogue sampling channel measuring +Vb (supply voltage)
  • 8MBytes of Flash Memory for storage of data and configuration parameters
  • 512bytes of EEPROM Memory for storage of configuration parameters
  • On-board LED signalling board status
  • All sensors can be individually or simultaneously sampled and recorded at up to 32 samples/sec.
  • 3 – 9Vdc supply range with electronics operating at 3Vdc for lower power consumption.
